At the International Service Center, Zeng Guanyi, a staff member at the airport ground handling company's international passenger section, was explaining: "You are eligible for the 240-hour visa-free transit policy——no advance hotel booking is required, and you can stay in Shenzhen for several consecutive days." Convenient services such as payments, travel bookings and SIM‑card activation are available on site, and procedures can be completed in just minutes.

在境外来宾综合服务中心，深圳宝安国际机场地服公司国际客运科工作人员曾冠仪正以流利英语向旅客介绍：“您可享受240小时免签入境政策，无需提前预订酒店，即可在深连续停留多日。”支付、文旅预订、电话卡激活等贴心服务亦汇聚于此，办理流程仅需数分钟。

"This is amazing! I can even get currency exchange and check real-time exchange rates here." exclaimed a newly arrived international traveler.

“太棒了！这里还能实时兑换货币，查询汇率。”一位刚刚落地深圳的国际旅客欣喜地赞叹。

口岸签证高效便捷

Efficient port visa service

In addition to the airport, on‑site visa services are also available at the Huanggang, Luohu and Shekou checkpoints, providing an efficient channel for travelers with urgent entry needs.

除机场外，皇岗、罗湖、蛇口等口岸均设有口岸签证服务，为有紧急入境需求的旅客开辟高效通道。

According to Huang Liuru, an officer from Exit and Entry Administration Division of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, travelers need to present a valid passport or other international travel documents and submit supporting documentation explaining the emergency reason to apply.

深圳市公安局出入境管理支队民警黄柳如介绍，旅客持有效护照或其他国际旅行证件，并提交紧急入境事由相关证明材料，即可申请办理。
