在黄淮平原南部、皖北大地的沃土上，利辛如一颗璀璨明珠，镶嵌在西淝河之畔。这里是春秋战国的吴楚争雄之地，伍子胥打马过乌江的故事脍炙人口，柳下惠坐怀不乱的传说广为流传。如今，这里成为宜居宜业的文旅胜地，利辛将地理之优、人文之韵、经济之强、生态之美完美交融，描绘着水清、岸绿、产业兴、百姓富的壮丽画卷。

Nestled along the east bank of the Xifei River, Lixin shines like a brilliant pearl upon the fertile northern Anhui in the southern Huang-Huai Plains. This was the land where the states of Wu and Chu vied for supremacy during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods (770-221 BC). The tale of Wu Zixu (559-484 BC) riding on his galloping horse across the Wujiang River remains popular here, as does the legend of Liu Xiahui (720-621 BC) remaining self-restraint when staying a night with a woman. Today, this land is a livable and business-friendly place, as well as a thriving tourist destination. Lixin has seamlessly combined its geographical advantages, cultural charm, economic strength, and ecological beauty to create a stunning landscape of clear waters, lush shores, thriving industries, and prosperous communities.

区位通达，历史悠久
利辛县，位于安徽省西北部，属亳州市。1965年5月建县，东边与蒙城相接，西边和太和相邻，北边紧靠涡阳，南边与阜阳颍上相接，地理位置十分优越。宁洛高速、济广高速、济祁高速、国道329和多条省道纵横交织，京九铁路、青阜铁路贯穿南北，淮宿阜城际铁路利辛段已开工建设。“三小时经济圈”内覆盖南京、合肥、郑州、武汉、徐州等城市。西淝河、阜蒙河、茨淮新河航运通江达海，城乡路网全面覆盖，成功创建全国“四好农村路”示范县。

利辛县虽然建县不久，但这片土地历史悠久，可追溯至春秋战国时期。建县时县城因居于利辛集而得名，古为驿站，可追溯至乾隆年间。几千年来，先民们在这里休养生息。西淝河烟波浩渺，流光溢彩。白鹭洲拦河大坝，横跨淮上，理水安澜。各类民俗代代相承，相沿成习，形成了独具利辛特色的文化传统。岁月逝去，风物变迁，但植根于记忆深处的乡情，从来不曾离去。

Lixin, an easily accessible land with a long history
Founded in May 1965, Lixin County is located in the northwest of Anhui Province and is a part of Bozhou City. It borders Mengcheng to the east, neighbors Taihe to the west, close to Guoyang in the north, and adjoins Yingshang of Fuyang City to the south. The county really enjoys a highly desirable geographical position. The Nanjing-Luoyang Expressway, the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway, the Jinan-Qimen Expressway, and National Highway G329, as well as several provincial highways crisscross the county. The BeijingKowloonRailway and the Qingdao-Fuyang Railway run through Lixin from north to south and the Lixin section of the HuainanSuzhou-Fuyang Intercity Railway is currently under construction.
利辛新张集乡和谐村农耕馆
The “three-hour economic circle” of the county encompasses cities such as Nanjing, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Xuzhou. The Xifei and Fumeng rivers, and the Cihuai New River provide navigable waterways that lead to the Yangtze River and further to coastal areas. Because of its comprehensive road network, which fully covers all urban and rural areas, Lixin is honored as one of the national model counties for high-quality rural roads.
Although it has not been very long since the county was established, Lixin boasts a history dating back to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. The county was named after Lixinji Town because the county seat was located there when the county was founded. Lixinji was an ancient post station that can be traced back to the Qianlong era (1763-1796) of the Qing Dynasty.
西淝河风光
For millennia, the ancestors of the local people lived here and developed the land. The vast rippling Xifei River flows through mist, shimmering with colorful reflections. The Bailuzhou River-blocking Dam spans the Huaihe River, regulating the flow of water and ensuring the safety of the surrounding area. A variety of folk activities have been passed down through the generations. Through long-term practice, these activities have become customs and evolved into distinctive cultural traditions unique to Lixin. As time passed, the landscape changed, yet the deep-rooted affection for the homeland of the people remains ever-present in memory.

遗址留痕，文化传承
唱腔优美的清音戏、曲调朴拙的淮北大鼓、曲调动听的拉魂腔……利辛民俗，源远流长，内容丰富多样，具有独特的艺术魅力和浓浓的乡土气息，滋养了这方水土和人民。
利辛非遗杨氏面塑——《张飞横矛当阳桥》
走进利辛县，沉默的遗址是历史的见证者也是历史最好的叙述者。伍奢冢是其中最耀眼的文化坐标。作为春秋楚国大夫伍奢的墓冢，它无声地连接着一段惊心动魄的历史，其子伍子胥为父报仇，辗转灭楚的传奇故事于此地埋下伏笔，让这片土地浸染了一些悲壮色彩。此外，禅阳寺遗址和旧城集遗址等，如同埋在地下的历史年鉴，将利辛的人类活动历史追溯到新石器时期与商周时期，证明了这里早就是先民择水而居、繁衍生息的古老家园。

Lixin, a land of historical interest with rich cultural heritage
The melodious singing tunes of Qingyin Opera, the rustic Huaibei Dagu (story-telling accompanied by a drumbeat), and the soul-stirring Lahunqiang melodies... The timehonored Lixin folk customs, featuring rich diversity, unique artistic charm, and strong local flavor, have nourished the local culture and shaped its people.
伍奢冢遗址
The silent ruins in Lixin County stand as both witnesses and narrators of history. The Tomb of Wu Xie (?-552 BC) is the most dazzling cultural landmark in the county. As the burial site of Wu Xie,a minister of the Chu State (circa 1100 BC300 BC) during the Spring and Autumn period, the tomb silently connects us to an astonishing chapter of history. The legendary tale of his son, Wu Zixu, who avenged his father and ultimately brought down the Chu State, originated here, imbuing this land with a tragic grandeur. Additionally, historical sites such as the Chanyang Temple Ruins and the
Jiuchengji Ruins serve as buried historical annals, revealing evidence of human activities in Lixin dating back over 3,200 years to the Neolithic and Shang-Zhou periods. These sites attest to the ancient origins of this region as a homeland, where early settlers chose to dwell near waters in order to Lixin, a land of historical interest with rich cultural heritagesurvive and flourish.

In Lixin, the blood-arteries of history not only run through the land, but also pulse vibrantly through the people. The cultural inheritance in Lixin brims with the vitality of life. The Jiuqu Huanghe Lantern Matrix in Zhanggou, known as a diamond in the legacy, has been selected as one of the first national “One County, One Feature” exemplary cases of distinctive cultural art.

The lantern matrix is regarded as a living cultural fossil that demonstrates the integration of folk beliefs, strategic deployment wisdom, craftsmanship, and communal entertainment. It is not only a lantern labyrinth for entertainment and exploration, but also a carrier of Lixin people’s reverence for nature and their aspirations for a better life. At the same time, it serves as a uniquely distinctive cultural emblem of the county.

活力强势，动能澎湃
利辛县作为亳州市破除经济发展桎梏的利刃，正以强劲动能书写县域崛起篇章。充分发挥自身优势，创新活力持续迸发，经济发展稳中向进向好向优。GDP总量两年内跃升五个位次，位居全省县域第17位，荣获“安徽县域投资竞争力十强”“安徽县域综合实力三十强”等称号，用实绩彰显利辛县的“大能量”。

轻纺服饰产业是经济增长的顶梁柱。利辛县以“一块布”汇聚产业新动能，历经粗放发展、蓄势发展、飞速发展、高质量发展四个阶段，规模快速扩张，企业产值稳步增长，市场占有率持续提高。2024年工业总产值达 130.7亿元，预计今年超160亿元，成功获评 “中国新兴纺织产业基地县”“特色优势产业”试点县，实力备受认可。

Lixin, a dynamic place full of energetic vitality
As a sharp blade to sever open the shackles that constrain economic development in Bozhou City, Lixin is striving with robust momentum to write a chapter of county rise. By fully leveraging its strengths and continuously unleashing innovative vitality, the county has achieved steady progress in its economic development moving towards betterment and excellence. Over the past two years, the county has leapt five places in the GDP ranking and is now 17th among all counties in the province.

It has been honored as a top 10 county in Anhui for inbound investment competitiveness and a top 30 county in Anhui for overall strength. With tangible achievements, Lixin showcases its formidable potential for development.The light, textile and apparel industry of Lixin serves as the backbone of its economic growth. Lixin has gathered new industrial dynamics with the textile industry at the core. After undergoing four developmental phases, namely, extensive growth, gathering potential for development, rapid expansion, and high-quality advancement, Lixin achieved rapid scale expansion, steady growth in enterprise output value, and a continuous increase of market share. In 2024, the total industrial output value reached 13.07 billion yuan, and it is expected to exceed 16 billion yuan this year. The county has been designated as an emerging textile industry base and a pilot county for developing characteristic and advantageous industries. This recognition signifies the the substantial strength of the country.
养牛基地
The well-arranged industrial development in several localities has resulted in remarkable economic resilience. The county's economic development zone spans approximately nine square kilometers,housing industrial parks for textile and apparel, green food, and science and technology innovation. The zone also drives coordinated development across several industrial parks, including Huji Coal and Power Industrial Park, Chengbei Industrial Park, Xipanlou Grain Processing Industrial Park, Lixin Port Area Logistics Park, and Xifeihe Cultural Tourism Industrial Park. Lixin strengthens the collaboration between the government and enterprises, and makes good use of the core advantages in human resources, transportation, and finance. By safeguarding enterprises and benefiting residents through lawful measures, the county injects powerful impetus into its sustained economic progress.

绿水青山，养心福地
天宝物华，满川流金，千秋风流，神奇万象。朗朗云影天光，皎皎人杰地灵。承天地英气，地小物博而山河美壮；浴日月光华，县新意厚而历史悠长。利辛县的一草一木，一河一渠，皆勾勒着人与自然和谐共生的幸福画卷。

“和圣故里、仁义之源、皖北水乡、淮上江南”，县城西部的利辛西淝河国家湿地公园，是生态效益与民生福祉相融的典型案例。为守护生态，利辛县引导群众深度参与湿地保护，加大监管力度遏制非法破坏行为，同步完善参观与科普设施。如今这儿既是动物栖息的乐园，更是市民青睐的“城市氧吧”，让幸福感持续升温。
白鹭洲水利风景区林水相依、水鸟和鸣，水岸步道一步一景皆如画；秘境南湖花谷植满四季繁花、草木含香，漫步花径间，芬芳萦绕鼻尖；“五谷丰登”“淝畔养心”等示范循环圈百花齐放，农耕生态与休闲体验相得益彰。建设步履不停，利辛县如今已获评全国乡村旅游精品线路、省百佳乡村旅游示范点、皖美百佳消费新场景等多项荣誉，“要养心来利辛，来利辛真养心” 的城市形象愈发鲜明，成为人人向往的文旅胜地。

Lixin, a blessed land good for inner cultivation in an attractive natural environment
As a blessed land of plenty, Lixin boasts glittering waters under the sun, a long history with many notable figures, and a miraculous tapestry of landscapes. Under the blue skies dotted with white clouds are luxurious vegetation and extraordinary humans. Although it is small in land, it has abundant resources and a grand landscape; although it is young, it boast a long history and profound culture heritage. All grasses, trees, rivers and canals here are the components of a sketch depicting a blissful tableau of humanity and nature living in harmony.
利辛市民健身公园
The Lixin Xifeihe National Wetland Park, located west of the county seat, is known as “the birthplace of the Honesty Sage Liu Xiahui, a wellspring of benevolence and righteousness, a water town in northern Anhui, and an amazing Jiangnan scenery area by the Huaihe River.” It exemplifies the harmonious integration of ecological benefits and public welfare. To protect its ecosystem, Lixin promotes community involvement in wetland conservation and strengthens oversight to prevent illegal destruction, At the same time, it upgrades amenities for visitors and facilities for scientific knowledge dissemination. Today, this area functions as both a haven for wildlife and an urban oasis for residents who favor it as “an oxygen bar”. With this, the county has further enhanced the public sense of happiness.
丰收笑颜
The Bailuzhou Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a charming place where forests and streamlets intertwine and waterfowl sing in harmony. Every step along the waterfront trail reveals a new picturesque scene. The Nanhu Flower Valley is a mysterious, well-preserved land full of fragrant seasonal blossoms, where visitors can enjoy the sweet scents wafting through the valley on the pathways. Demonstration circular economy circles like Wugu Fengdeng (bountiful harvest) and Feipan Yangxin (inner cultivation by a river bank) flourish with flowers in full bloom. There the agricultural eco-system and leisure experiencing facilities complement each other. Thanks to its ongoing development efforts, Lixin has earned several honors in the tourism industry, including being included in the national premium rural tourism route, being named one of the top 100 rural tourism demonstration sites in Anhui, and being recognized as one of the top 100 new consumer scenarios in Anhui. The image of the county as a great place for inner cultivation is becoming increasingly clearer, and Lixin has become a popular cultural and tourist destination that everyone yearns for.
The development of the county is based on its landscape, cultural lineage, and industries. The county strives to make the lives of its people warm and comfortable. Lixin has been diligently forging ahead and striving to be the best in northern Anhui. It is writing its answer to the county’s Chinese-style modernization in a vibrant manner. The story is far from over, and the future is even more promising.
