We begin in Venezuela, where a stunning regime change is playing out as the world looks on.

On Saturday, U.S. military forces captured and removed President Nicolás Maduro, the now-deposed leader of the South American nation, following weeks of rising tensions between Venezuela and the U.S. The unprecedented development unfolded as part of a large-scale American military strike over the weekend.

No matter what changes in Venezuela, they have no real desire to move back.
